The BLZ Defender 200 is a compact, high-pressure fire suppression skid designed for brush trucks, wildland response vehicles, utility trucks, and rapid-response applications.

Built around a 200-gallon internally baffled water tank and a commercial-duty UHP pump system delivering up to 10 GPM at 1,200 PSI, it combines water capacity, pressure, foam capability, and reach in a slide-in package ready for immediate deployment.

Whether knocking down roadside grass fires, working brush lines, handling mop-up, protecting structures, or operating where a full-size engine can’t reach, the Defender 200 provides a maneuverable suppression platform without requiring a dedicated apparatus.

The Defender 200 uses Ultra High Pressure (UHP) to maximize efficiency from its onboard water supply. At up to 1,200 PSI and 10 GPM, it delivers effective suppression while conserving water through controlled application.

The result is a skid focused on mobility, efficiency, and operational reach within a compact 200-gallon system.

BLAZE BUSTER™ PROPORTIONAL FOAM METERING SYSTEM

The BLZ Blaze Buster™ is a proprietary proportional foam metering valve designed for adjustable foam delivery during operation.

The system allows the operator to increase, decrease, or shut off foam injection on demand without interrupting flow.

Foam concentrate remains separate until introduced, eliminating the need to pre-mix the full tank and giving full control over usage.

INTEGRATED 3-GALLON FOAM TANK

A 3-gallon foam concentrate tank is integrated into the main assembly, eliminating the need for external mounting and preserving skid space.

Combined with the Blaze Buster system, it provides onboard foam capability in a compact footprint.

FRONT LINE™ CUSTOM HIGH-PRESSURE HOSE REEL

Every Defender 200 includes the Front Line™ hose reel, manufactured in-house for fire-service use.

It features a stainless-steel internal manifold for corrosion resistance and high-pressure durability, and supports up to 200 feet of high-pressure hose.

By designing and building the reel internally, integration, layout, and performance are optimized specifically for the Defender platform rather than adapted from third-party components.

6-INCH RAPID-FILL TOWER

The Defender 200 includes a 6-inch fill tower for fast field refilling.

The large opening accommodates hydrant hoses and other water sources with minimal restriction. An integrated strainer helps block debris during fill operations.

A sealed, glove-friendly locking lid secures the system when not in use.

WATER LEVEL VISIBILITY

An integrated sight glass provides immediate visual water level indication without electronics or tank access.

Operators can quickly assess remaining capacity and make informed operational decisions during active response.

STANDARD MILWAUKEE PACKOUT™ STORAGE

A Milwaukee PACKOUT™ storage unit is mounted directly to the skid for secure, accessible storage of tools, fittings, nozzles, PPE, and adapters.

It keeps essential equipment organized without consuming truck-bed space.

ONBOARD EMERGENCY FUEL RESERVE

A side-mounted RotopaX™ fuel container provides emergency reserve fuel for the Honda-powered UHP pump system.

It supplies approximately one additional engine refill, extending operational time in remote environments without requiring loose fuel cans in the vehicle.

The unit is securely mounted to the skid frame for accessibility and protection.
